1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AstroSign.pet (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service. Your continued use of AstroSign.pet following any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. The Service

AstroSign.pet provides AI-generated astrological and metaphysical readings for pets. Using birth data and profile information you provide, our platform generates personalized insights based on astrology, numerology and related metaphysical frameworks.

The Service is intended for entertainment, spiritual exploration and personal reflection. AstroSign.pet does not provide veterinary advice, medical diagnosis, psychological counseling, financial advice or any other form of professional service. Always consult a qualified professional for matters concerning your pet's health, behavior or wellbeing.

We strive to maintain continuous availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate, complete and current information when creating an account. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at contact@qynaro.ai if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to abuse free features or circumvent restrictions is prohibited.
• You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use the Service.

4. Payments

All purchases on AstroSign.pet are charged at the time of purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee to your chosen payment method.

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely by Stripe, a certified PCI-DSS Level 1 payment processor. AstroSign.pet does not store or have access to your card details.

Prices are subject to change. Where prices change for existing features, we will provide reasonable notice to registered users.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the instant digital nature of our service — readings are generated and delivered immediately upon payment — we generally do not offer refunds once a reading has been generated.

Eligible for Refund or Re-generation

• If you experience a technical error that prevents delivery of your reading (e.g., the reading failed to generate and no content was produced), please contact us at contact@qynaro.ai within 48 hours of purchase.
• We will investigate and, at our discretion, issue a full refund or re-generate your reading at no additional cost.

Not Eligible for Refund

• Readings that have been successfully generated and delivered
• Purchases where you simply changed your mind or are dissatisfied with the content
• Requests made more than 48 hours after purchase

We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. To request a refund, contact contact@qynaro.ai with your order reference.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Property

• The AstroSign name, logo, branding, website design, reading framework and underlying technology are the intellectual property of AstroSign.pet and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.
• The prompts, reading structures and metaphysical frameworks that power our readings are proprietary.

Your Readings

• Readings generated for you are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share a reading for personal purposes (e.g., with friends or on social media).
• You may not resell, republish, license or commercially exploit readings generated by AstroSign.pet.
• You may not use our generated content to train competing AI models or systems.

7. AI Disclaimer

All readings on AstroSign.pet are generated by artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude). They are interpretive, creative and provided solely for entertainment and personal reflection purposes.

We make no representations or warranties regarding:

• The factual accuracy of any reading or astrological interpretation
• The predictive reliability of any forecast or timing reading
• The applicability of readings to any specific life situation or pet behavior

Astrological and metaphysical interpretations are inherently subjective. Reading content will vary between requests even for the same pet. AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, inconsistencies or unexpected outputs.

AstroSign readings should never replace the advice of a licensed veterinarian, animal behaviorist, medical professional or other qualified specialist.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use AstroSign.pet for any of the following purposes:

• Any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, scrape or replicate our reading system, prompts or platform
• Creating fake, duplicate or automated accounts
• Abusing the free preview feature through repeated use with no intent to purchase
• Reselling, redistributing or commercially exploiting readings generated on our platform
• Using automated scripts, bots or tools to interact with the platform
• Introducing malware, viruses or other harmful code
• Impersonating another user, person or entity

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AstroSign.pet and its operators, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any decisions made, or actions taken, based on content from our readings
• Any emotional distress, disappointment or harm arising from reading content
• Any technical interruptions, service outages or data loss
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages of any kind
• Loss of data, revenue or profits arising from use of or inability to use the Service

In any event, our maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific reading or transaction giving rise to the claim.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to the platform, other users or third parties.

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Previously generated readings will no longer be accessible after account deletion.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law) shall survive termination of your account.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of AstroSign.pet shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation between the parties before any formal legal proceedings are commenced.
